The road not taken

Just the other day I was reflecting on the decisions that I have made in life regarding my path as a pastor. I wonder what would have happened if I had taken the path of a computer scientist instead of obeying the call of God. Would my life had been different? would I have met the wonderful people I am dealing with today? would I have been happier? This reminds me of Robert Frost’s poem of the road not taken:
| I shall be telling this with a sigh | |
| Somewhere ages and ages hence: | |
| Two roads diverged in a wood, and I— | |
| I took the one less traveled by, | |
| And that has made all the difference. |
As I thought about this, I also remember that life is full of decisions, and we are resposible for whatever decisions we make. However, if those decisions are under the will of God, He will determine the end result ; as stated in Romans 8: 28 :
“And we know that to them that love God all things work together for good, even to them that are called according to his purpose. “
We may make the decision, but the end result belongs to the Lord.
What do you think?

Taken the path as a Pastor and Minister of God is the Greatest thing a man could ever decide in his life time. However decisions like this are subdue to great temptations in life but only the lord knoweth why u are been choosen. God himself said “i know my people and my people knows me”.
I am really happy for the path u have choosen Pastor Jerry and i pray that God should continue bless u with knowledge and understanding so as to carry along his people.(Amen).
